Who is behind this
People, not a call centre
Behind Letovanje-Grcka.com are three of us — Zlatko, Uroš and Đorđe. We have run the portal since 2008 and we spend every summer in Greece, among the same owners and guests we connect. If you have a question before you pay — about the portal, the guests, or whether your place fits — write to us on WhatsApp in English. One of us answers personally, usually within the hour.
Questions owners ask
Before you decide
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You pay a flat price for the period and nothing else. Whatever a guest pays you is yours, and we are never on the invoice between you and the guest.
I don't speak Serbian. Is that a problem?
No. The owner portal works in Greek, English and Serbian. You write your listing in Greek or English and we publish it in Serbian and English. Guests who don't speak English usually write in Serbian — you can reply in English, or forward the message to us and we help.
What does one package cover?
For private owners, one package covers up to 3 units (apartments, studios, rooms) under one price; with 4–8 units you take the extended listing package (€120 per season). More than 8 units under one roof counts as a hotel — priced by number of rooms, with all room categories on one listing. Agencies get 20, 60 or 150 listings under one branded page.
When is the right time to list?
Now. Serbian first-minute booking runs from October to February; by spring most of summer 2027 is already booked. A listing that goes live in autumn is visible for the whole booking window — the season package is designed exactly for that.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
By card through Stripe, or by EUR bank transfer. An invoice is issued automatically for your company or personal records. No subscription, no automatic charges.
What happens when the package expires?
Your listing stays in your account but is no longer shown publicly. Nothing renews by itself; you get a reminder before it expires and can renew with one click. Most owners renew right before the summer.
Can I keep using Booking.com and Airbnb?
Of course. Most of our owners do. Connect their iCal calendars and any date booked there is blocked here automatically. Serbian guests are additional guests, not a replacement.
