Questions owners ask most often
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. You only pay the subscription for the plan you choose. Whatever a guest pays you - is yours. We don't appear on the invoice between you and the guest.
Which plan should I pick to start?
The Listing plan (€60 / 6 months or €100 / 12 months) covers 1 listing with the essentials - photos, description, contact form. Most owners start there to learn the flow, then move up to Listing + Highlight when bookings start coming in.
How does iCal sync prevent double bookings?
Every 2 hours we pull booked dates from Booking.com, Airbnb or your Google Calendar. When someone books via Airbnb, that date disappears from our site automatically. You can add multiple iCal feeds at once.
How quickly do I get my first inquiry?
Depends on destination and season. Well-prepared listings for Halkidiki, Crete, Thassos or Corfu in season get the first inquiry within 7 days. Off-season can take up to a month.
How is owner identity verified?
We ask for a scanned ID and - optionally - a property deed or rental contract. After manual review the admin team places a 'Verified owner' badge on all your listings.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Nothing auto-renews - you buy 6 or 12 months and it expires when the period is up. The period runs from the day you activate it, not from a fixed calendar season. Your listings and inquiry history stay in the database for 6 months after expiry, so if you come back next season - you'll find everything where you left it.
