Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using letovanje-grcka.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Operator

The Service is operated by Đorđe Švabić PR Računarsko programiranje Aranđelovac, registration number (MB) 68491126, tax ID (PIB) 115602581, registered in Aranđelovac, Serbia (hereinafter "we", "us", "the Operator"). Contact: info@letovanje-grcka.com.

2. Nature of the Service

letovanje-grcka.com is an online catalog and advertising platform for accommodation in Greece. We do not own, manage or operate any of the listed properties. We do not act as a travel agency, tour operator or booking intermediary. We provide a platform through which property owners can advertise their accommodation and travelers can contact owners directly.

The rental contract, if any, is concluded directly between the traveler and the property owner. We are not a party to that contract.

3. Accuracy of listings

Photos, prices, descriptions and availability data are provided by property owners and are their responsibility. We make reasonable efforts to detect and remove inaccurate or misleading content but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every listing. Always confirm final terms directly with the owner before making any payment.

4. Owner accounts and subscriptions

Property owners may create accounts and purchase subscription packages to list and promote their properties. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except as required by applicable law. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of all information they publish.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these Terms or that we consider misleading, harmful or otherwise inappropriate.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• scrape the Service at scale or use automated tools to extract listing data;
• send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through contact forms;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• publish false, misleading or defamatory content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

We reserve the right to block or terminate access for any user who violates these rules.

6. Intellectual property

All original content of the Service (design, code, editorial texts, logo) is the property of the Operator. Listing content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the respective property owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to users.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, or from the rental contract concluded between a traveler and a property owner.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Serbia.
